Definitions

Service means the RateMyShift website and web application at https://ratemyshift.app.

Account means your personal user profile registered on our platform.

You confirm that your content is legal, respectful, and doesn’t infringe on others’ rights.
Data Ownership & Use
You own the feedback and content you submit.
Organisations using RateMyShift own the aggregated insights produced for them.
Worksight LTD owns the platform, design, analytics, and operational methods.
We may use anonymised or aggregated data to improve the Service, support analytics, or contribute to research—but never in a way that identifies you.

Organisation Accounts
If you access RateMyShift through your employer:
They may view aggregated team data
Your individual feedback remains confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise
Organisation administrators manage their users and access rights
Their commercial contract may override parts of these Terms
Purchases & Off-the-Shelf Plans
RateMyShift may offer subscription plans, upgrades, or additional features that can be purchased directly through the website (“Off-the-Shelf Plans”).
If you choose to buy a plan online:
Prices and subscription details will be shown clearly at checkout
Payment is processed securely upfront
Access begins once your payment is confirmed
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings
All purchases are subject to these Terms and any information shown at point of sale.
If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Refunds
If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are considered case-by-case in line with UK consumer law.
Contracted Organisations
If your organisation uses RateMyShift via a separate contract, that commercial agreement applies instead of this section.
Indemnity
You agree not to hold us responsible for claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
Changes and Service Availability
We reserve the right to:
Change or update the Service
Temporarily suspend or discontinue features
Update these Terms (we’ll let you know when we do)
By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
We do our best to provide a smooth experience, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
